Cheyenne SUPERDAY

The Laramie County Democratic Party had a booth at Cheyenne SUPERDAY. Bob Ray and I set up the booth at 7:00 am, endured a little rainstorm, and were ready for people to arrive at 10:00. We had literature and some cool schwag to pass out, including tote bags, sunglasses, and frisbees with our logo. Lots of people came by the booth. Most everyone was positive, and we had some great conversations with our friends and neighbors. El Cameron, in particular, did a great job of trying to get volunteers and more engagement while serving up the goodies. Now, there are at least 250 frisbees, tote bags, and sunglasses circulating in the community with our logo prominently displayed.
It is important to note that only three people used the QR code on the literature to sign up for the newsletter. The hard work of getting more people engaged moves very slowly.
